This is the best service I have ever encountered. I had a dead battery and I’m new to town so I didn’t know anyone to help me. I called interstate battery and they told me about Pit Crew 2 You. From the first phone call to the mechanic arriving at my home was pure professionalism and very prompt. I was shocked at how reasonable my bill was when I was told the cost as I was thinking I would be charged and arm and a leg for the service. I’m beyond grateful for the service I received. Greg and his team did camper tires for us in preparation for our trip to the Big Horns. His communication is second to none and very open about providing quotes and pricing. He could have sold me on upgraded wheels but was transparent what we had would be fine and got us into Hercules 14 Ply Tires. The entire experience of not having to take my camper into a shop and he came to me was just amazing. On a side note that impressed me even more. I texted Greg after receiving UTV tires with no lug nuts (NOT ordered from Pit Crew 2 You) and not only did Greg call me while he was camping he had a member of his team drop off what I needed the next morning before 8am. I will do business and recommend Pit Crew 2 You to anyone looking for wheels or tires. I cannot thank you enough Greg and Team!!!!
Highly recommend Pitcrew2you if you are in need of tire repair/installation in and around the Rapid City area!! Greg and Junior went above and beyond to repair my tire including allowing me to drop the tire off after they had already closed for the day. Outstanding customer service and prompt attention to my needs as a customer. You should not seek assistance from any other tire repair service in the area, go straight to Pitcrew2you and you will not be disappointed. Great, great experience.
